Parking lots are tricky places to navigate, particularly since there is often a lack of prescribed traffic flow and signage. Most drivers don’t seem to pay attention when they are reversing out of their parking spot, and most drivers drive through parking lots at a speed that would make everyone think its an open road. There are far too many individuals that drive irresponsibly in parking lots and cause serious injuries to other drivers. A lot of the times people think that they’re just one simple turn away from a parking spot but, sometimes it could be one simple turn from disaster.
There is a lot of moving activity in parking lots and can be overcrowded and heavily trafficked. You’d think drivers would be extra cautious knowing this. Especially, navigating through those narrow lanes and tight parking spots. There are also pedestrians walking through the parking lots so, being extra cautions in parking lots is a MUST. That is why it is important to always make sure your area is clear of traffic and pedestrians or their will be a lot of issues and injuries on your hands.
